Andrew majored in Organization Behavior at the University of Utah where he studied systems and how complex systems interact and affect each other, like families and businesses. His college education has informed his entrepreneurial work as well as his work with families as many of the same concepts can be applied to either in order to influence a better outcome. Andrew founded and sold a successful international business with up to 40 employees at any given time.
