Description

Today, Andrew is joined by long-term friend and Mental Performance Coach Riley Jensen to discuss Andrew’s new book, LAUNCH: A Guide to Getting Unstuck, Navigating Life, and Thriving. Though written for a teen and young person audience, Andrew shares how his book is really a letter to his 20-year-old self and, ultimately, anyone seeking the information to jumpstart motivation. Together, Riley and Andrew dispel any preconceived notions of this being your typical “self-help” book. Seeing growth in your mindset, mental and physical health, and emotional well-being won’t come overnight but thriving in the long term is possible with discipline, encouragement, and great information backing you up.
