Colin MacDonald – Certified Life Coach & Transformational Guide

Colin MacDonald is a Certified Life Coach dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and unlock their full potential. With a BA in Communication from Eastern Washington University, he built a successful career in professional sports and tech sales, leading high-performing teams before transitioning to coaching. Colin’s journey is one of resilience—he battled depression, anxiety, and substance abuse as a teenager, spending time in wilderness therapy and therapeutic boarding school before embarking on a transformative path of self-discovery. Now, he uses his personal experience to support others facing similar struggles, offering expertise in executive functioning, parent coaching, and future planning. Passionate about mentorship, Colin strives to be the guide he once needed—helping clients build confidence, set goals, and create a fulfilling future. Now thriving in Denver, he’s committed to empowering others to do the same.
